POWER SERIES

Automatic Stretch Wrapper

The ARPAC POWER Series turntable wrapper, is a robust wrapper designed, manufactured and supported to offer trouble free operation. The forklift operator sets the pallet onto the turntable of the POWER SERIES high profile.   The operator then pulls the lanyard cord to begin the wrap sequence.   The film is automatically attached, the pallet is wrapped, and the film is automatically cut and the tail is wiped to the pallet. Once the wrapping sequence is completed, the wrapped load is removed from the turntable platform by forklift.   After the wrap zone is clear, a new load is positioned and the cycle is repeated.

PATRIOT

Semi-Automatic Turntable Stretch Wrapper

Manufactured in the USA, the PATRIOT’s lean no nonsense feature rich design make it the perfect entry level machine. Ideal for low volume production environments, The Patriot can help reduce labor and material costs while improving production efficiencies at the same time. The chain driven turntable and carriage and all steel welded construction make it one of the most durable machines on the market.

This machine comes equipped with large 85″ maximum wrap diagonal and 4,000 lb. load capacity, based on a 60″ diameter turntable for low profile machines, and 50″ x 50″ square turntable for high profile machines. Not only is the PATRIOT rugged and dependable, it is smart as well. The PATRIOT comes equipped with an Allen-Bradley® Micrologix PLC, the premier PLC in the packaging industry. SIDEWINDER SEMI-AUTOMATIC

The SIDEWINDER® is a heavy-duty semi-automatic stretch wrapper with 4,000 lb. capacity. This model is available with a high profile turntable for forklift loading, and low profile turntable for pallet-jack loading.
The SIDEWINDER® can be customized with extended towers for taller loads, and split frames for odd-sized larger loads. This system is also available with a 30″ film carriage and dual turntables for greater throughput, cold and freezer packs for reliable operation in extremely harsh temperatures, and a pneumatic roping device for additional load support. For more efficiency, an Automatic Film Tear Device (AFTD) tears the film automatically at the end of the wrapping cycle.

RTAC SERIES

Rotary Tower Automatic Conveyorized Stretch Wrapper

ARPAC’s RTAC-SERIES heavy-duty conveyorized automatic rotary tower wrapping system offers superior performance around the clock. This system is ideal for high speed conveyorized production lines. It has a unique arm support & drive system that incorporates a precision steel ring for stable, safe, and maintenance-free machine operation. To increase efficiency, the RTAC-SERIES indexes, automatically wraps, and discharges loads without operator assistance. A dual action cut and wipe arm provides clean cut and positive film tail attachment to the load. In addition to these capabilities, the RTAC-SERIES can be manufactured with several performance enhancements. The optional Pallet Lift Mechanism is used to lift the load in the wrap zone allowing lower film wrap height from the bottom of the pallet. A Top Sheet Dispenser covers the top of the pallet with film to dust proof or weather proof the load.

ELECTRO-WRAP EW SERIES

The ARPAC Electro-Wrap Semi-Automatic Rotary Tower pallet wrapper, is a robust wrapper designed, manufactured and supported to offer trouble free operation. The system operation begins as the pallet load is positioned under the rotary arm of the ARPAC Electro-Wrap stretch wrapping machine. The film is manually attached to the pallet load and starts the stretch wrapping cycle. The ARPAC Film-Saver® unwinds the film and passes it through a series of rollers simultaneously pre-stretching the material common to this type of wrapping operation. The film saver carriage travels up the tower and then back down ensuring the load or product is properly and evenly wrapped and secured. As soon as the wrapping sequence is completed, the film is manually cut and wiped onto the load to secure the film tail. Once the film tail is secured, the wrapped load can be removed and the cycle repeated.

PAC-SERIES

Platform Automatic Conveyorized Stretch Wrapper

The PAC-SERIES heavy-duty conveyorized automatic turntable stretch wrapping system provides superior performance around-the-clock. Ideal for high speed conveyorized production lines, this inline system indexes pallet loads automatically into and out of the wrap zone and discharges loads without operator assistance.

At the end of the wrap cycle, the wipe arm aligns the film with the clamp arm. Once the clamp arm captures the film, the hot wire cuts the film and the wipe arm makes a secondary motion, wiping the film onto the load to prevent film tails from unraveling.

Rugged power roller conveyors are used for passing loads through the PAC-SERIES wrap zone. These conveyors are driven by ANSI chains and are guarded with heavy gauge formed sheet metal.

Horizontal automatic strapping machines strap pallets with a strap in a horizontal direction. The machine is easy to program using a touch screen control system. There are 10 different strapping programs and 10 different strapping heights. Each of the automatic strapping machines have protection and security systems to ensure a safe strapping process.

2100 – SIDE SEAL AUTOMATIC STRAPPING MACHINE FOR PALLETS

The 2100 Side Seal is a vertical strapping machine for palletized loads. The lateral welding requires that the pallets always come referenced to the same position. An ideal solution for strapping pallets in height, either in roller sections or via trolleys with wheels.
