SB-2EX RANDOM- RANDOM SIDE BELT CASE TAPER
- SB-2EX Random allows users to run a variety of case sizes without having to manually adjust for each box. The system automatically adjusts the side rails and tape head height for different size cases.

TB-2 TOP AND BOTTOM CASE TAPER
- TB-2 utilizes top and bottom drives and a dual mast for greater tape head stability.
- It is ideal for tall and narrow or over-filled cases.
- The operator friendly TB-2 top and bottom belt case taper is designed for large run case sealing. The top and bottom drives are ideal for tall and narrow uniform cases and heavier cases up to 85 lbs.
- No air is required to run the TB-2 case taping system so it can be placed anywhere in the plant.
SB/TB-2 SIDE BELT & TOP BELT CASE TAPER
- The SB/TB’s top and side belts are great for over-sized, heavy weight cases that are too large for most case sealing equipment.
- SB/TB offers fast and easy case changes and flexibility for boxes 4.5″ in length and greater. Adjustments can be made on the fly with easy hand tighten knobs and cranks.
- SB/TB utilizes Easy-Taper Quick-Load top and bottom tape cartridges and will seal boxes as large as 27.5″ wide and as tall as 27.5″ offering the user more options for their case taping operation.
SB-2HD SIDE BELT CASE TAPER
- Dual drive motors and aggressive drive belts make SB-2HD a workhorse that will stand up to your toughest challenges. Each case taping machine is made from 12 gauge steel that will withstand even the most rugged applications.
- The SB-2HD’s side belts are great for light or heavyweight, narrow or small boxes. The system is ideal for void fill cases where the packaged product does not support the box.
- SB-2HD is designed to handle boxes that most other case tapers can’t.
EASY PACKER CASE TAPING SYSTEM
- Designed to streamline manual case packing, the Easy Packer can be ordered with or without an anvil pack station, extended side rails, and flap closing bars to assist with the packing and sealing process.
- The Easy Packer is supplied with extended side rails, flap closing bars, and an optional 48″ anvil packing station to assist with the packing and sealing process.
- Operation is simple: open the case and manually fold the bottom front and back minor flaps and place case on the anvil to be filled. Once filled, the operator pushes down and holds the top trailing minor flap while the box enters the machine to be sealed.

SB-2EX SEMI – SEMI-AUTO UNIFORM CASE TAPER
- The SB-EX Semi side belt case taper is designed to automatically close all four case flaps and seal the top and bottom.
- The adjustable plow system provides the utmost flexibility for varying types of carton sealing applications.
- The SB-2EX Semi automatically meters cartons with a photoeyed controlled gating system. Top squeezing rollers help keep the major flaps together while keeping the carton square prior to tape application.
- The SB-2EX Semi will seal up to 20 cases per minute.
